I cannot say enough great things about Flowers By Jo-Ann. Every time I use their services I am greeted with top-notch professionalism and the best floral arrangements possible. My wife absolutely adored her Valentine's Day and birthday flowers and Jo Ann went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, including a follow up phone call and email to make sure everything was delivered on time. If you're in the Capital Region and you are looking for the best florist in the area, look no further than Flowers By Jo-Ann.

Jo-Ann did the flowers for our wedding in June 2018 and they were beautiful! She worked with me numerous times to be able to understand my vision and was patient when we had changes. We will definitely get flowers for special occasions from Flowers by Jo-Ann again.

We used Flowers by Jo-Ann for our wedding and Jo-Ann did a fanominal job! The flowers turned out gorgeous and Jo-Ann herself was there to discuss and give advice every step of the way. She really takes everything into account and executes the job smoothly. The flowers and bouquets at the shop are always fresh and so colorful and plenty to choose from. Definitely my go to florist!
